“We were having an issue with our oven not heating. We called Don’s Appliances in Long Beach and Josh(B) came out the following day. He diagnosed the issue and put in a new ignitor that he had on his truck. Oven heated right up but Josh didn’t like the way the part fit so he ordered an actual LG part. He returned the following week once the part came in. We truly appreciated him keeping in touch with us through the entire process. A lot of repair techs would have just left the part in and collected payment. Josh showed honesty and professionalism.”

“Mo came by to fix our fridge. It had a foul odor from some spilled milk that was stuck in the drain pan. It was gnarly. Mo jumped right in, starting taking things apart and scrubbed and sucked all the gunk out. It’s probably not the “repair” job he was expecting, but he was so thorough, I had to leave an amazing review. “Called on Tuesday because our refrigerator stop working, the young lady who answered the phone remembered us from having previous work done. She sent the same repair person (Josh) and he came and diagnosed the problem right away. He even took the time to install the part after it was late getting delivered.
