Service Fees
A diagnostic service fee is required for all service appointments. This fee covers the technician’s time and professional evaluation of the appliance. If repair is approved, the service fee is applied toward the total repair cost.
Estimates and Repairs
Repair estimates are provided after proper diagnosis. No repairs are performed without customer authorization.
Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved forms of payment as listed on our website.
Warranty
Warranty terms, if applicable, will be provided in writing at the time of service.
Limitation of Liability
Don’s Appliances, Inc is not responsible for pre-existing appliance conditions, manufacturer defects, or consequential damages beyond the cost of service provided.
